Did this "version" of the Mason-Dixon line come from some sort of revisionist history book, or did you just doodle that one in MS Paint?
I know from traveling back and forth a few times that the M-D line separates Pennsylvania and Maryland. Going by that graphic, it appears 4 states appear to have "switched sides."
Edit - This is an example of one of the historical markers seen along the PN/MD.
