That's what they say now, but there really isn't a creatively satisfying way to move forward without him. While Robin Wright is a big part of the show, the show is about Frank Underwood and to just erase Frank Underwood from the show now is pretty much impossible. They should just end the show as season 5 has a reasonable stopping point.
