Wow, I just saw her for the first time in years in The Night Of last year and thought she looked pretty good.

Me too, she had a quirky hotness in that movie. Sad to hear of her passing.

She was great in The Night Of. I was hoping to see her in more things.

Re: RIP Glenne Headly

Spoiler:
Sony is trying to figure out what to do since about half of the episodes for Future Man have been shot. Seeing that it's on Hulu, at least they're not held to a hard broadcast date or schedule.

Loved her. Someone said quirky hot, that seems about right. But she had a deeply endearing quality as well, and brought it to pretty much every role she was ni. RIP.

Re: RIP Glenne Headly

I too had a crush on her in the late 80s - early 90s. I haven't seen her in anything for quite some time. Sad to learn she was still working on projects when she died.

Why did you spoiler that?
You didn't offer any hints so one has to open it to see what it is about.

I read it and still don't know what it is.

There is a very specific reason but it is not for me to say.

Re: RIP Glenne Headly

According to TMZ:

Sources connected to Glenne tell us she had checked in to a hospital last week to get treatment for blood clots. We're told she seemed to be getting better, but things took a turn Thursday.

Ok but there needs to be a qualifier there too. So we know why it's a spoiler.

Again, not for me to say. If he wants to post why he did that, he can. I assume I know the reason but I won't speculate.

Re: RIP Glenne Headly

Wow sad news. I remember her fondly throughout the 90s. Especially in Mr. Holland and 2 Days in the Valley. She had the most unique sweet voice. Kinda weird that one of her last roles was in The Circle which also starred recently deceased Bill Paxton.

Re: RIP Glenne Headly

I remember her from high school (The High School of Performing Arts, NYC). She was a classmate of Ellen Barkin. They were a year after me. Their 45th class reunion is this weekend. What a pall this news casts over it.

Always liked her.

I heard about Adam West first, and thought 'too bad, but at least he was 88.' Then I heard about Glenne, and was really bummed out. 62 is way too young.

Always remember her as Tess Trueheart in Dick Tracy. Hard to believe Warran Beatty outlived her. Rest in Peace Tess, your one in a million.
