I’m indifferent to this franchise really. I kinda liked the first one but have never absolutely loved it. I watched the sequels and they’re okay but definitely not as good.

Tv listing for cablevision just says director as Lana Wachowski for the Matrix trilogy. I haven’t even seen them or really care to as women. Don’t even think I remember them as men. As long as they direct better movies, I don’t give a fuck. Matrix and screenplay for V for Vendetta are exceptional...

If the new Neo is a kid, I wonder if they may make a new Agent Smith and have it be a woman? If so, I say let Samara Weaving take over for her uncle. Of course if she doesn't want to live in his shadow that might not be the best career move.

I loved the first one, but I didn't like the 2nd or 3rd one... don't think I'll bother with this one until it's in the bargain bin or someone else wants to watch it and pay for the rental.
