Yeah Jackie Chan got it late last year.
I like Viola Davis but I expected her to tell us how to cover up a murder when she got on stage, and the self-congratulations was a bit much.

2. I think you're talking about Busy Philipps, though I only glanced at the TV for a second. She isn't super famous, on a lot of TV shows over the years.

I don't like the disparity in allowed lengths of speeches. The bigger award, Best Supporting Actress, etc. get more time than the smaller awards. Should be same for everyone. Could Davis' been any longer??
