At long last! A Star Wars parody!! And from Friedberg and Seltzer, no less!!
I don't know about the rest of you but I'm booking my tickets NOW.
Falling somewhere between "Why haven't they done this already?" and "Why?", Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the two geniuses behind the Scary Movie franchise, are set to parody Star Wars, with their film Star Worlds Episode XXXIVE=MC2: The Force Awakens the Last Jedi Who Went Rogue.
Friedberg and Seltzer will write and direct the Star Wars spoof, with shooting set to start in the fall. Their previous efforts include Epic Movie, Vampires Suck, Date Movie, and Disaster Movie. All surefire hits.
Mel Brooks already made this movie, guys.
