Spam is great. I like the jalapeņo flavored one. I chop it up and scramble some eggs with it and make it into a torta, with some bolillo bread. It's off the hook!

You only taste the flavor eating it from the can. Once cooked, it all tastes the same.

Fried Spam is good stuff. Comfort food to many of us in The South. Put it on bread with a slice of American cheese and tomato (Miracle Whip is the condiment of choice). Almost as good as fried bologna (if you've never tried that you need to).

NEVER---EVER---Eat it "raw"!

Stay away from the food section at Big Lots... the one here has *single slices* in those plastic packages like some tuna comes in. If you've ever read the ingredient list and/or looked at the nutrition label you'll appreciate that single slice as opposed to eating a can's worth of sandwiches (which is very easy to do).

SPAM is never raw.. it's precooked.

Spam is the most disgusting "food" ever devised.

It's so bad, I'm surprised American G.I.s in WWII didn't switch sides after having to eat that stuff. Must have been because the Germans had even worse stuff (if that's even possible) for rations.

Notice the " " around "raw" indicating its canned state and not that it's literally raw.

I get up at 4 AM on work days, and overnight spam attacks are fairly common. I see it every couple of months. The admins do good work getting most of it under control by the time most people wake up.

The weirdest one was hundreds of posts advertising a brothel in Mumbai. Why would you advertise your prostitutes in a country on the other side of the world? It's not like you're going to ship one to me by DHL.

Mmm spam. This is my breakfast several times a week.
