Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit extended editions.
I own the BDs for all of them and have yet to watch them. I've already seen all the theatrical versions and have seen LOTR extended on DVD, but I have yet to re-visit it on BD.
You're talking about almost 20 hours of content, not counting the extras/documentaries. That's a lot of time I would have to dedicate it would set me back probably 3 days trying to catch up on other things I haven't seen yet.
I just can't seem to psych myself up to re-watch stuff that's 2 hours or longer.

The Right Stuff.
I love this film and once I start watching it, it seems to go by pretty quickly, but it's tough planning to set aside the three hours ahead of time.

You know, you're allowed to stop a movie and finish it the next day.
Just reverse binge-watch. Some people brag about watching an entire TV series in a night. Do the opposite.
Once Upon a Time in America is one of my all-time favorite movies and I don't think I've ever watched it in one sitting. I usually watch it as if it were a three or four-episode TV series.
Ragtime is another one that is pretty great if you stop it at the halfway point and finish it the next day. Those that have seen it know where that point is.

Usually we'll plan to watch a long movie on a day that I'm off work and we're not planning to go out to eat. We'll start it while we're eating, watch maybe 45 min. to an hour of it, then finish it up that evening.
Movies we plan to watch that way (or similarly):
The Hobbit/LOTR (multiple days)
The Triangle
Wild Palms
The 10th Kingdom (multiple days)
The Martian Chronicles
Dune/Children of Dune miniseries (multiple days)
Tin Man
The Stand
V: The Original miniseries/V: The Final Battle (multiple days)
Salem's Lot
Neverwhere
The Lost Room
Rose Red
It
Merlin
The Odyssey
plus a few others...
Granted, we have to plan to watch something like that and it has to occur in certain circumstances, but we do watch them.

I recently read Richard Schickel's book "Conversations with Scorsese" (a great book for film fans) and it made me want to re-visit some of Marty's films. "Casino" is currently on Amazon Prime but the 3-hour length puts me off. I've always been ambivalent about the film and I want to see if the years have changed my opinion.

Just an observation...
People saying they don't have time for a 3-hour (or less) movie at home but, probably, have no problem with a 2-hour movie at the theater. Considering the time to drive to/from the theater plus depending on how early you show up, the total time approaches 3 hours.
