Gonna have to watch Conan tonight. Besides Godfather, my only knowledge of Abe Vigoda comes from recurring appearences on the Late Night show when Conan was host.

I wish I could find the clip of a "lost scene from The Godfather", when Duvall appeared on Late Night and he and Vigoda parodied the Godfather scene where Tessio pleads not to be killed. I remember it being pretty funny.

In the skit where Vigoda is the Christmas tree, the homeowner, Mr. Wendell, is played by my old high school drama teacher, Bill Britten, who also happened to play Bozo the Clown on TV in New York when I was a kid. Still around, still working--at least when that skit was made. Amazing.

Still can't believe that Kirk Douglas is alive. He close to 100 years old.

Believe it or not, Clifton James, the redneck sheriff from Live and Let Die, is still alive... and working. Turning 95 this year.
