I love that you edited this. Was there some point you needed to clarify?

JJ Abrams didn't really kill Han Solo, Harrison Ford killed Han Solo. I've said all along that I firmly believe that a condition of him returning was that Han be killed off, he's wanted the character killed off since Empire.

Han's death didn't really bother me other than the fact that we didn't get to see him reunited with Luke. I think most of us expected it even before the film released though.

Exactly. He wanted the character to never be unfrozen. Then he wanted the character to die during the final battle in Jedi. He wanted the character to be finished. He doesn't want them to recast the roll and make 8 more Han Solo movies.

Yes and yes.

I never wanted prequels, all I ever wanted was the original trilogy gang back together, taking on the forces of evil.

The way they're doing it now, handing it off to the newer generation is a pretty good compromise in my book.

Absolutely loved TFA so I have no problems with JJ retaking the reins and finishing what he started.

I'm more concerned about Chris "Martha" Terrio co-writing. Just get RJ to co-write it.

Time for WB to shuffle the Wonder Woman sequel that's due a week earlier.

Honestly Disney should just keep on releasing the Star Wars films during the holiday season. It's been working fine and it's a good way to cap off the year. Summer is crowded enough with all the other major blockbusters.

Agreed. It's become a good yearly Christmas season movie for my dad and I to go to.

They just need to move the Han Solo movie to December 2018 now and keep the Christmas tradition.

WTF.

Patty Jenkins is right in calling out James Cameron for his Wonder Woman comments,
Oh. Yeah! Yeah, that's very true. Wow, I'm kind of shocked. You totally get it. Maybe you're not so bad after all. I--
