If nothing else, I can always put Bring it On, Ghostbusters, Clue, Hot Fuzz or Pitch Perfect on in the background and call it good.

The Other Guys

Whenever it's on TV, I always end up watching it. And I love the credits (facts about a Ponzi Scheme and other financial disasters)

Re: Your go to comedy?

Tough to say but it would probably be Trading Places. It just makes me laugh and puts me in a good mood every time I watch it. Animal House does the same. Along with Vacation.

Re: Your go to comedy?

I'm pretty specific on comedy. I love tons of it, but almost everything that most people like is complete trash to me.

Monty Python
Parks and Recreation
30 Rock
Venture Bros

+1 Something about this one is hilarious and utterly re-watchable. It has a completely uneven mix of deadpan subtlety and over-the-top absurdity but somehow it works.

Re: Your go to comedy?

My three go-to movies have been on the top of my list since childhood, partly from nostalgia and partly because they're hilarious!

National Lampoon's Vacation
Airplane!
Ghostbusters

All three are endlessly re-watchable for me.

Whenever I was depressed, I used to put in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Kind of lost its luster, but for a while, it was a great antidepressant for a while.
