Deep down I'd love to see what a (in his prime and alive) Toshiro Mifune vs. DDL movie would be. I do consider those 2 to be the best to have ever done the craft. Throw in Klaus Kinski and I think that trio would be an amazing thing to see.

It was Robert De Niro, once upon a time. He then decided to start mailing it in for a paycheck. I don't know what happened, but most of the big acting stars from the 1970s went downhill in the 1990s. I think it can be traced to Godfather III.

I agree, Robert De Niro's career definitely took a turn after that movie came out that he wasn't in.
