I think he meant movies are better on TV, when they're cut for content and time.
I don't even have a TV anymore, because I'm perfectly happy watching everything on my cell phone.

I'm glad George Lucas has been able to compete his unfinished Star Wars trilogy AND it's prequels. He should be making more Star Wars movies.
CG is a far superior alternative to practical special effects.
All movies should be remade at least once. Remaking them always improves them.
