Time frame for their production on DD seems like it was unrelated. But... we also don't know how far back the "official" talks for Spidey were there. Cuz I'm pretty sure that shit took a while to deal out.

Fox. Cuz of how that character started out... he was a FF guy when he was Rama-Tut. The next year though Kang came about... and he's pretty much been an Avengers guy. For some reason Fox took that character and Marvel let him go in the rights.
The whole movie rights thing is interested. And to a point makes sense.
Fisk is w/ DD cuz he's a dominantly DD baddie. But he started off w/ Spidey.
Super Skrull is w/ the FF cuz... he just is. The Skrulls are w/ Marvel though. They did however start are typically more associated w/ the FF.
Wanda and Pietro are BOTH w/ Fox and Marvel.
Taskmaster was apparently w/ Fox till more recently. Again... he is a more Cap/Avengers type of baddie. Though recently he's more associated w/ Deadpool. Joe Carnahan was going to make a movie about him.
Moon Knight was also a Fox property... I think. Marvel has him back. I'm pretty sure they do cuz they've mentioned him.
The rights and how they went are fucking weird. Some of it makes no sense to me in how they structured some of them and what went or didn't w/ the characters.

I dunno as much as I realize it'll happen eventually I kind of like how things are going with Marvel now where they're going strong off of lower tier heroes and wouldn't mind seeing that continue for a while before rebooting.

Marvel will likely never reboot. There are just too many moving parts. A character like Iron Man might be ready for a reboot, but the D-Man and Paste Pot Pete movies could be going strong.
They'll just eventually recast. Restarting the cinematic universe from the ground floor would be insane. Maybe they'll let a character rest for a few years before bringing them back, but the continuity will continue on.

That's what I think as well. They won't reboot. They've got too many gears that are connected to just... reboot.

He basically started the Marvel Cinematic Universe when he directed the first two "Iron Man" films. Now, "The Jungle Book" helmer Jon Favreau is returning to the fold, confirming to Digital Spy that he has signed on to executive produce the two-part "Avengers: Infinity War" saga which Anthony Russo and Joe Russo are directing. Favreau tells the outlet:
"I'm going to be executive producing the Avengers films with the Russo brothers, which I'm very excited about. I talk to them about it all the time. I've worked both in front of and behind the camera with Marvel and I really love what they're doing right now. It's a really exciting time to be over there. I've seen a rough cut of Civil War and it's fantastic. We're constantly looking for things to do together. And now I'm freed up."
The interview comes as Joe Russo elaborates on comments made by Marvel's Kevin Feige last week saying that the 'fourth phase' of Marvel's universe - essentially the post-"Infinity Wars" films - will be "very different". Russo tells EW that those changes begin with the third phase:
"You build things up and people enjoy the experiences you've built up. But then you kind of reach an apex or you reach a climax, a moment where you go, 'This structure is really going to start to be repetitious if we do this again, so what do we do now?' So now, you deconstruct it. We're in the deconstruction phase with 'Civil War' and leading into 'Infinity War,' which are the culmination films."

Should be interesting how the split the two parts. It can't be much of a cliff-hanger, as the Marvel movie universe time line seems to happen in real-time as each movie is released.

Thanos kills the entire Avengers team. The in-between movies deal with the ramifications of that. Infinity War II, Nebula steals the glove and wipes away everything Thanos did, bringing back the Avengers. Everyone kicks Thanos' ass.

I thought that maybe it would play similar to how the Deathly Hallows was split. The first half concentrating on Thanos and his accumulation of the Infinity Stones and by the end of the first movie he has the full Gauntlet ready to go. Second movie would be all the heroes coming together to take him on.

Also (and this isn't a spoiler, since I don't know if this happens or not), since Cap dies at the end of Civil War, and if they also kill him in this movie version, his resurrection could play a part in these movies.

I guarantee they won't kill him, or anyone of significance, in CW.

From Dark Horizons:
"Captain America: Civil War" directors Joe and Anthony Russo have confirmed that they intend to retitle the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War" saga.
Trying to avoid confusion and anger from fans, the 'Part 1' and 'Part 2' monikers will be dropped, Anthony calling it "misleading" and Joe explaining to Uproxx why they intend to change it:
"The movies are two very different movies. The intention is we will change it, we just haven't come up with the titles yet. But, yes, we will change it. And, yes, that is a scoop: we will retitle them."
Filming on both films, whatever they now will be called, kicks off later this year. The May 2018 and May 2019 release dates are still being targeted.

Avengers: The Infinity Gauntlet
Avengers: The Infinity Crusade
Never liked having "war" in the titles of three Phase III movies. Seemed redundant.

I do dig that the first one could be Infinity Gauntlet though. Taking in what most likely will happen in getting that shit together.. that seems more appropriate.

I could also see Avengers: Infinity Quest and then Avengers: Infinity Gauntlet if Thanos doesn't get the stones together until after the first one.
