I went to a real theater to watch it today. The audience (rather large crowd) seemed to enjoy it. One guy up front was REALLY enjoying; big laughs at every joke. It was pretty funny, for the most part, but I wasn't expecting much. Not sure why 5.1 sound is that important since most of the movie is just dialogue.

Yeah, I don't see the big deal about 5.1 here either. I kind of get wanting the best experience, but it's pretty minimal for this kind of movie and just sounds like people who weren't going to pay the $5.99 anyway needing an excuse to talk themselves out of it.

I just finished watching it and thought it was hilarious. Exactly what I expected in terms of a Seth Rogen comedy. I also have a new crush in Diana Bang.

She was also naked in the 1st season of True Blood.
As for the movie, watched it. It was good, not great. Pretty much as I expected. There were a lot of laugh out loud moments, but the laughs were not as frequent as the last movie, This is the End. I enjoyed that much better.
I will say, it's funny when I see James Franco playing an over the top character, because I assume that is how he is in real life.

While I'll agree "This is the End" was a funnier movie, both my gf & I thought this was pretty damn funny. It was easily much more hilarious than I had expected, given some of the early mixed reviews. It's more or less exactly what I expected, but the plot hinging on a real-life crazy dictator elevated the material simply because it was so insane to make a film like this.
Even though it was long, I can see an extended cut coming because certain parts felt slightly truncated.
"Your butthole is ironic." I died.

I loved how things escalated at the end, especially the butthole stuff. I hope I never grow out of that kind of humor

I like the plot of This is the End better, but I think this provided more laughs for me. I was expecting some chuckles but I was laughing-out-loud nearly the whole movie. Lots of great one-liners and Eminem's dead-pan cameo was hysterical.

I liked this way better than This is The End, but not as well as Superbad.

Caplan is awesome in MoS, and she's what first caught my eye in the trailer for The Interview.

Caplan is usually a highlight of whatever she's in. Mean Girls, Party Down, Masters of Sex, The Interview, etc; Though I don't really remember her on Freaks and Geeks all that well.
She played an ugly girl in Mean Girls, gotta love that Hollywood mentality
