Cyborg looks more like a failed T-1000 project. I would rather he be fashioned after Perez' artwork. And even as part of the new 52, he is more Robocop with half his head showing.

It's been news for a while that Cirian Hinds is playing Steppenwolf. Gotta be a total CGI character like in the cameo I presume. I checked the IMDB cast list a while ago and I see Arkham is in it to some extent. Probably Batman visiting Luthor to question him on Steppenwolf or something like that.

Steppenwolf? For their first team movie that's the best they got? I get it that Avengers didn't throw out Thanos in the first one but at least we got Loki. This is playing bit too strong to the comic book audience..well that and fans of 70's rock

No Perry white in the film, but Fishburne has some good comments:
They asked me to come for a day, but I couldn’t work it out, schedule-wise. And really, what do you need the newspaperman in “Justice League” for? You want to see the Flash. You want to see Aquaman. You want to see Wonder Woman. You want to see the Lantern.
We’ve been waiting 35 years for these [characters] to show up on the screen. What were they doing over there? Marvel has been kicking their ass. This is the comic-book geek in me, who has a collection of comic books. I’ve been waiting to see these people on-screen forever.
(Asked about the reaction to BVS)
Look, I love what Zack Snyder does. Jesse Eisenberg, this little nebbishy guy, as Lex Luthor? For me, that’s a genius move. And the whole thing with Martha Kent and Martha Wayne? I don’t know, man, I must be sentimental but that’s some heartwarming [stuff] to me. So I don’t get it.

Yeah, really no reason for Perry in Justice League. Heck, given Snyder has thrown out Jimmy Olsen and Clark Kent (given both are dead in this universe, can't see how Kent can come back), not sure there's really a need for the Daily Planet anymore.

We know Clark is coming back though. There's no reason the Daily Planet can't be in future Superman films. I agree with Fishburne on Perry not needing to be in Justice League though.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but yes, they did bury a body on the Smallville farm. It was an open casket in fact...

As much as I did like BvS (ultimate edition), it does show Snyder didn't give two f's about Superman or the supporting characters (i.e. killing Jimmy Olsen as well). If there is a sequel to MOS, he's straddled whomever takes over with trying to do a Superman movie without Kent or Jimmy, unless they employ some kind of mystical element that can bring them back from the dead (or an excuse for Kent at least).

I guess that's how much I paid attention to the end of BvS... Did they at least put glasses on his dead body so people wouldn't, you know, figure out the secret?
Jimmy I always thought they could get away with "that wasn't the real Jimmy Olsen" but there's not really much of a reason to.

On Jimmy, then they'd be copying Smallville and that's NOT a good thing.

Sadly I agree as Snyder never gave Cavill a shot. Didn't have much to say in MOS and got short-changed in the theatrical version of BvS.

How? They buried him on the Smallville farm. It was even an open casket so hundreds who attended saw him dead. At least in the comics, the excuse for Kent showing up was he was in some kind of bunker with enough supplies to keep him alive.

I guess I should have clarified but I meant Clark as in Superman is coming back. There would still be a reason to show the Daily Planet because I would assume he'll still reside in Metropolis. To be honest though it wouldn't surprise me if Clark came back somehow too though. Maybe he'll reveal himself as Superman.

If I recall in the comics they had Supergirl user her shape shifter (or telepathy) powers to act as Clark while Superman showed up at the same time.

Easy enough to ignore the extended cut if they really wanted to bring Jimmy into the fold.
