To be fair, I would have counted it if this were my game absent the clarification.

PTandA uses the obscenities very well ... great scene!

My parents had some weird guidelines about what I could and couldn't watch as a kid. "Halloween" was forbidden until I was a teenager because there were boobs. But "Dawn of the Dead" and "Alien" were perfectly fine.

Well, we do see Spock at the beginning of the film in a flashback, but no Saavik at his funeral.

Went against my better judgment by not going with Gremlins.

If you don't know the Ghostbusters by name, you have no business playing the 80s Sheep game.

Some of both for me. I haven't seen Ghosbusters in over 10 years and I couldn't remember the character name. I did see the sheep masters comments, but I opted not to take a penalty, so I started off with a bootsy.

If those were the kinds of standards we set then Damfino would never get to play these things.

I haven't seen it in probably 20 years and only knew one character name. Fortunately it was the right one.

I didn't slam it because for some reason I had it my mind that Matinee had a big cult following and figured it would get more love. Stupid.

Damn. I totally forgot about The Shining. Dunking Shawshank and not Gremlins might come back to bite me in the end.

Yeah, the Shawshank/Shining split was why I didn't play a slam. Surprised Carrie didn't get a little more love though.
