I liked it a lot. Thought it was awesome and very entertaining.

Since Whiplash didn't win "Best picture" I sure am happy it was this over Boyhood or Grand Budapest Hotel.

I think a lot of people are forgetting this is suppose to be a black comedy when they are viewing - I love how most have a problem with the end scene...they rag on it but have no problem with

Anyway, this art-housey type shit never usually works for me but in this film, I just dig the performances and comedy it had to offer and still think the direction is what brings it all together.

I guess most of the reviews went here instead of the reviews thread. I didn't care for this at all; just felt ultimately pointless in the end, despite being well acted all around. Just not my type of movie, which I don't mind admitting. Other then decent performances by Keaton (while good, didn't see it as particularly amazing or Oscar worthy) and Norton, it was fairly bland and boring to me and that drum beat just got annoying to me at the end (ironic, given I watched Whiplash right after).
