Since we're all so addicted to schadenfreude, I would think it just becomes a wasted slam.
I like how Obi-Wan Jabroni tells me that in past games, it has been scored as a multiplier, then one post later ivelostr2 tells me the exact opposite. I think I'll make it a wasted slam, since that would be funnier. Dudes! I've got ONE question left! And it's the most interesting. Try not to get this thread locked before I can finish! (Although, in the spirit of schadenfreude, that would be kinda funny if I wound up having wasted all this time )

Re: Two Bleats Up: The Roger Ebert Memorial Sheep Game
I didn't pick SCHINDLER'S LIST on this one for a couple of reasons:
1) It has scenes filmed in color, so I'm not sure it qualifies as a "B&W movie" (remember this is a Reverse question, so there can be a wrong answer). 2) Principal photography got underway in March of 1993, which means that much of the movie is actually OVER 20 years old (the question reads "made" not "released"). :) |

Incidentally, TESB is not on his list of Great Movies; only ANH is on it. It's weird because in his review for TESB he calls it the best of the Star Wars movies. Maybe he would have added it at some point down the line.
I wonder if anything will get added to that list by Chaz or whoever is managing his work and brand. The Tree of Life is an obvious candidate; he liked it so much that he had it as one of the 10 best films of all time in the latest Sight and Sound poll. They'll have to use his original reviews, but there are a handful of movies from recent years they could justify adding. |

In my college basketball game, I scored the first dunk as a Reverse and the second as a multiplier. We decided that that was the most literal interpretation of something not expressly stated in the rules. I also made a note to myself to clarify that in my next game. :)

In all seriousness r2 is right it is treated as turning the reverse into a sheep and then doubling the sheep with a slam dunk. -12 would be the right way to go.

And if someone would seriously be challenging SL (not my answer BTW), post-filming production still counts as part of the "making" process. |
Re: Two Bleats Up: The Roger Ebert Memorial Sheep Game
Don't forget the 3D conversion (due in theaters July 2014).
|
Re: Two Bleats Up: The Roger Ebert Memorial Sheep Game
But Schindler has more than just a dab of color. If it was just the red coat, that is a dab. SL has actual portions in color.

It's been awhile but was the ending in color?

Re: Two Bleats Up: The Roger Ebert Memorial Sheep Game
Was anything in color other than the ending where they showed the real people? I don't remember anything else, and if that's it, personally, I wouldn't count that.

Hitler's home movies are shown in color.
