Regal - UA Laguna

We meant to go yesterday but we were all tired from the weekend. There's a 2pm show today but because people left seats in-between other parties there are no seats for 4 except the front row. Midwau through the theater there's one row with 3 open, 2 taken, 1 open, then all taken. I'm tempted to take the 3 and 1, show up early, and hope the 2 just take the 2 empty seats. I've never done that but this is pretty silly.

Major Update: I did not do this. We did not go to the movie. Carry on with your lives.

I know you have a family but this is one reason I don't like going with a group and seating becomes an issue.

Wow- seems nobody in that area knows how to run a theater. Already sworn off the Century Laguna because for at least TWO YEARS they had a dead front left speaker that nobody noticed.

They offered me 3 free passes. I asked if I have to use them at the Laguna theater or if I can use them at any Regal before I accepted them, haha. They said I can use them at any Regal.

I’ve gotten passes and then had the shows messed up when using those passes, getting yet more afterwards. Last time at Laguna after writing to corporate they offered me more passes but I told them “forget it, I’m done with you.” Common sense would say that if you gave out passes for an issue you would have that issue fixed immediately, but common sense doesn’t exist with these people.
