You know what was a great commentary? Henry Hill and the FBI agent who busted him on the GoodFellas special edition. Hill was always a riot and having the agent with him just made it better.
The main one with Scorsese was interesting, too. I finally learned the origin of the "Wop" insult.

The commentary for Used Cars is utterly hilarious. It's Kurt Russell, Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis and they laugh like there's no tomorrow and it's very infectious, especially Russell's cackle. Some crazy crazy stuff went on during that production.

I just listened to the Roddy Piper/John Carpenter commentary on the "They Live" blu ray. I loved the tangents they would venture into about Piper's life in wrestling. I had no idea Carpenter was an old school wrestling fan so it was a fascinating discussion to listen to while the movie was playing. I don't know if this would constitute bad behavior but they definitely spent time NOT talking about the movie.

Kurt Russell is an alcoholic (wouldn't you be if you were him despite his iconic roles?) so any commentary where he is involved will at least divulge some juicy bits about the film that you wouldn't normally get elsewhere because he is going to be buzzed on cheap wine and watery beer during that commentary.

The Jeff Bridges/John Carpenter commentary for Starman is also amazing. I had to import the DVD, because the Blu-ray is barebones. It's hysterical!
If you guys still have your old copy of From Dusk Till Dawn (collectors set) the QT and RR commentary track is also pretty hilarious. QT and RR pretty much talk and laugh all the way through it while QT comments on how hot some of the dancers at the Titty Twister are. That's actually probably why RR decided to do an additional commentary for the film's key scenes along with the deleted scenes seprately.

On the Bad Boys commentary, I recall that Michael Bay dropped a few F bombs.

the co-commentator on the Fire and Ice track ticks off director Ralph Bakshi near the end and he sort of goes off - but hey that's Bakshi for you.

Raquel Welch's commentary track on MYRA BRECKENRIDGE trashes the film and the director (deservedly so, if you ask me). There's a separate commentary track where the director trashes Raquel and the film's producers. He even accuses a gay cabal of trying to sabotage the film when he, the director, wouldn't make the film "gay" enough.

Oh, I just remembered one of the audio commentaries on The Simpsons that is hilariously atrocious!
It is for the episode that Delroy Lindo did a voice on, and they had him join the commentary. He was doing it over the phone.
Now, I guess because there were so many commentaries to record, they were doing it in one take. Because when there was a problem with the phone and they couldn't get Delroy, do they stop, wait to get him on the line and restart the commentary? Nope, they just keep on going, saying it's too bad Delroy isn't here.
When Delroy does join the commentary, it is clear he has no idea what they are. I guess he think they are just looking for some interview sound bites. After about 10 or so minutes he says, "Okay guys, you think we have enough now?" I only listened to it the one time, but I'm pretty sure he hangs up after his last scene in the show, which I think is the commentary equivilant of leaving the school play once your child's part is over.

There were at least two arguments during the commentary on Clerks 2. One was between Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes. Jason Mewes kept pestering Smith about a subject and Smith got really exasperated. I can't remember what the subject was.
