hi and hope this is in the right section, i seen a movie a good few years back, it was about 2 policemen in the usa, it involved them trying to sell bearabonds to the mafia and it was taking place in central park i think, i do remember there being a parade through the main town and people throwing shreaded paper out the office windowns down at the precession, not sure if they shreaded the bonds aswell, think it might be a late 70s or early 80s movie
