I think the only movie I have seen of his that wasn't stunning was Abrazos Rotos / Broken Embraces and that was still really good.
I will see anything Almodóvar does.
My favorite is probably a tie between Volver and La Piel Que Habito / The Skin I Live In.

Habla Con Ella (Talk To Her), with ˇÁtame! (Tie Me Up! Time Me Down!) an extremely close second.
Although you can't go wrong with almost any of his films... truly one of our greatest living directors.
