Scarlet Witch is exclusive to The Avengers?

I thought both Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch were in both movies? So Avengers has both, but X-Men has only Quicksilver?

Correct. I think they CAN use her if they want to, but Wanda was never announced for this movie.

25 characters being showcased on different covers? I didn't realize this movie was now a mini series.

Whoa whoa, there's all ready like.. 3 girls in the movie. Singer didn't want to overdo it.

What's funny is that there's a cover for Rogue and she's not even in it anymore. For the most part it's Club Sausage.

They are not 25 unique characters though.

One cover has young Xavier and another cover has old Xavier in the wheelchair. Same with two other covers featuring young and old Magneto.

Wolverine is on two covers. One is shirtless with bone claws and another is in an X-Men uniform with adamantium claws.

Another cover is a Sentinel, which isn't really a character at all.

Yet another cover is Bryan Singer himself for whatever reason.

That makes a little bit more sense. Should have figured Wolvierine would get more than one cover.

I thought Scarlet Witch had been announced for both.

I for one was hoping to see the geniuses behind this movie envision her as an evil witch (complete with broom) dressed all in red.

I thought almost all pictures were BADASS. Especially both Wolverine's, both Xaviers and both Magneto's. Quicksilver wasn't fantastic, but oh well. For the most part you guys are just a bunch of whiny bitches, complaining for the sake of complaining.

About Quicksilver:

At first, I agreed with many folks that said/thought "get over it"...

Then I saw the pic. Holy shit, he looks ridiculous. What's with the pouches/utility belt (Rob Liefeld?) Why does his hair look like a bad wig? Why is he wearing a really odd/spray painted coat?

I guess I need to get over it too.

Why Nerds Are Outraged Over 'X-Men' Movie's Quicksilver Makeover

http://movies.yahoo.com/blogs/movie-...204009259.html

And then there's the shot of Pietro Maximoff, aka Quicksilver, decked out in what might be the most dubious "X-Men" get-up to date. It's a look that's inspiring comparisons to '90s club kids, "Spy Kids" villains and even Corey Feldman in "Dream a Little Dream." In other words: Not good.

Here's a snapshot of the widespread disapproval we've seen on Twitter:

To be honest, I think this movie has a lot more and bigger problems than Quicksilver looking like Skrillex.

Yeah I wonder if they are using a future Sentinel to do the Nimrod stuff from DOFP without actually calling it Nimrod.

Yeah, I like Past Sentinel more.

I'm actually liking the TMNT designs better than many of these X-Men designs. I never thought that would happen...

yeah, but I bet that the "future" sentinel is going to look badass on the screen though. All of those little metal plates/scales morphing around and such.

Re: X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014, Singer)

You know I was really excited for this movie since Bryan Singer was returning. But from what I've seen isn't really making me look forward to it. With all the characters in one movie it looks like a giant cluster. I hope I'm wrong but my excitement has cooled a lot.

And I agree that Quicksilver looks really, really stupid.

Quicksilver and Toad look pretty stupid, but nothing else has screamed that this is going to suck to me.

But...but its fun to overreact to an image and make wild proclamations based on a magazine cover.

Yeah, even if some of the designs look underwhelming, I'm still excited for this.
