Has he finally cleaned up his act and given up on drugs?

In his new book, "By Some Miracle I Made It Out of There," Tom Sizemore details his four-month romance with Juliette Lewis. The actor opens up about a torrid drug-fueled relationshp in which they lived together in just one room of her enormous Hollywood mansion.
Sizemore, who has battled drug problems for nearly 20 years, talked to "Access Hollywood" about Juliette's love of hard drugs and X-rated films.
He explained: "She bought a house... and so we go there and we moved into the bedroom and we were in there for a long time and I went outside the room one day and I walked around and I said, 'Juliette, you live in a really big house here, we should furnish it,' and she went, 'Why...?'
"When I went to take a shower, she went, 'Can I come with you?' We were on drugs, whatever... But she was really charming. She was 19 years old.
"I was there for four months - in that room... She had one of the big TVs... and she played porn... every day, all day. She went, 'I like the music'."
In his book, Sizemore claims he also hooked up with actresses Elizabeth Hurley and Edie Falco.

That writing style. I think I'd have to be on drugs to be able to read an entire book written like that!

Man that guy is trash. What a complete fool and scumbag.
Too bad he hasn't just gone away for good, never to be heard from again.

I must admit my view of Sizemore has increased knowing he was doing the thing with Juliette Lewis for several months. Bonkers though they both are, and especially her (which is saying a helluva lot), she's always struck me as being crazy sensual. And by that I mean Crazy. Sensual.
BTW, has there ever been an actor in more big films who bottomed out into utter depravity like Sizemore? The natural thought is Downey Jr. during his drug era but as I recall that was strictly him screwing himself up. He didn't become a pimp or whoremonger or drug enabler or violent or anything like that.

Some interesting tidbits from the book:

Val Kilmer is a major asshole, so I am not surprised he had problems with him.

Well I'm rooting for Sizemore as well. He's an awesome character actor, with my favorite performances being 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Strange Days'.

That interview he had on Howard Stern this week was pretty interesting. He went into a lot of stuff in his book but I also didn't know he wrote Snipes a couple of letters while Snipes was in prison. He said Snipes didn't write him back but that could have been because he may not have gotten the letters. He also said Laurence Fishburne had to calm him down one night and send him home in a cab after Sizemore had too much to drink and started dropping n bombs all over the place. The most interesting thing was how he got into with Marc Anthony on the set of Bringing Out The Dead and Anthony didn't fight but instead sent his 20 or 30 bodyguards to fight for him. He called Anthony an ugly, non-singer and he hates the guy and said if Anthony wants to see him and then Sizemore gave out his address on air. I have no doubts about this. Anthony seems like the type to use others to fight his battles.

Sizemore is so fucking crazy in Bringing out the Dead. Sounds like he really was crazy. This actually explains a lot. The whole scene where he stalks and torments Marc Anthony's character alwasy felt disjointed to me. Poorly edited, like they deleted something or didn't have enough coverage so they cheated it. What probably happened is that they were going at it so much on the set that they didn't get all the set ups and coverage that was needed.

I think Bringing Out the Dead was Scorsese's last truly great film. He seemed to lose all grittiness after that one.
