That's the thing: A bit part of the appeal of a trailer is remembering how it made you feel before you saw the movie

Even worse is when they force the trailers to play at the start then don't include them in the menus. I never want to watch them when booting up the discs but might watch a few if I knew what they were from a menu and could select what I wanted.

The teaser trailer for In The Line of Fire. I bough the Special Edition for this.

While some may claim it's misleading, I think this trailer is dead on in capturing the essence of the 2007 film.

Also, the song at the last half is "I'm Losing You" by Rod Stewart. I like when the song quiets down when Jake Gyllenhaal is in the basement inquiring about another person in the house.

I like this one because it gives a few glimpses of cut scenes and makes me want to rewatch the movie.

I love old trailers like this one. Where they give them a look at the making of the movie while previewing.

This is a brilliant example of using elements that don't appear in the movie. Notice Mad Magazine artist did the caracatures of the "AG" cast--which never appears in the actual movie.
