To be honest, I'm not thrilled with some of the choices (no Fistful of Dollars, but For a Few Dollars More included in that group?), and I'm really not happy with some of the movies left off the list (The Big Sleep, etc).

I would, instead, have the board members nominate the entries in the Round of 64. Go with the 64 movies with the highest scores and go from there...

Limit each person's nomination list to 16 movies, ranked from 1 to 16 and score #1 with 16 points and #16 with 1 point and so on.

IMO that would make for a more representative list and a round of 64 that we could all live with (since we all would have come up with it).


I'd hit the reset button now and repost a new thread with the method listed above...
