'ello.

I saw this movie back in 2004 I believe, but I can't seems to remember much about it.
All I know, is that I want to see it again, but I can't remember its name. I just
remember bits and pieces of it, and most of all, the following:

- "A devil?" arrives in xxx town/village

- At the start, the devil goes in some elderly persons house and murders him/her.
After that, he stays inside, waiting for the sherif to come and pick him up.
When the sherif arrives, he goes with him without resisting.

- Later on, in the jail, where the devil is being held. Some person, who is keeping
an eye on him, happens to see his eyes glow in the dark briefly. He asks his friend
that did he see that (his friend was looking another way?), but he didn't see anything.

I know, that this isn't exactly much to go on, but that's pretty much all I can produce
right now. If you can deduce the name of this movie from these cryptic leads, please
post it here. It's driving me crazy that I can't remember it.

I just checked the trailer for that movie and it sure is "Storm of the Century".

Curious you didn't remember there being a shitload of snow, too. I loved this movie. The tone and environment in the movie actually made me feel colder. Good stuff.

Yea, really enjoyed this mini-series. The blue filter/tone makes it feel so cold!
