LET ME IN review
I have read some reviews where they inevitably compare "Let me in" with the Swedish release of 2008. Luckily, I had never heard of the Swedish movie or book, so I went into the theater with a fresh mind. I knew the girl from "Kick Ass" was going to be in it, so I knew it was going to be something worth watching. I was blown away by this movie. I loved it!! I was horrified by the killings, and I was also made to feel the tenderness of first love. The acting was so natural and easy to watch that you almost feel like you are watching real life. Days later, I was pondering on the many aspects of this movie. I was thinking about the loneliness of the three main characters, their need for love and affection, and the harshness of their reality. You can't help to feel for all these people even if one of them is a vicious killing vampire.
I defenetely recomend this movie to all movie lovers. It will leave you thinking and feeling uneasy about all the possible implications that the end of the movie makes.
