I disagree, Keanu Reeves jumped out of the airplane without a parachute, while Patrick Swayze was wearing one. Keanu put his life at risk doing that scene. That's a much harder stunt than Patrick ever did in that movie. He had to noise dive and catch up to Swayze, and then hold on for dear life. Not many other actors would do this. My vote obviously goes to Keanu Reeves.

Those Jackie Chan stunt scenes are mind boggling. Never seen anything like that before. The scene where he is sliding down the skyscraper windows that is retarded!! :jawdrop:

out of all the 7 fortunes he was a part of....Chan was the better stuntman. Yuen Baio was the better athlete. I've no idea what to put Sammo in...bastard was big but he was quick as Chan in his fight scenes and very athletic..not Yuen Baio athletic but..he could do stuff big guys only dream of.

These are pretty subtle, and might not bowl anyone over, but they stick out in my mind...

Ron O'Neal does an impressive scissor-kick jump over a pretty high chain link fence in Superfly. Nothing that draws attention to itself, it just happens and I thought "Wow, that's something." It took place during a chase through deserted vacant lots with junk scattered around, so there was some risk if he fell.

Gene Wilder does a surprisingly athletic leap over the held hands of a couple walking down the street in Rhinoceros. Again, nothing that drew attention to itself, but I backed up and watched it again a few times. His front somersault in Willy Wonka is great too.

Tony Jaa in the 1st Ong Bak was awesome but his later films got tired real quick with him basically doing the same shit over and over.

the end fight is also brutal, with stunt guys falling and landing on various roofs looked painful beyond belief.

Michael J. Fox's skateboarding in Back to the Future. I'm surprised they actually had him hanging on to cars.

Yeah, it's a fantastic movie. And the main character is quite endearing.
