I'm still pissed I never saw the first 5. It was almost impossible to follow the deeply nuanced narrative by jumping straight into the sixth movie.

Bill Cosby hates black people.

I still hold out hope that Criterion will release a definitive compilation with the alternate endings to parts 2 and 5.

Is one of those the controversial "midget stomping scene" I keep reading about?

I have never seen this. Is the Blu-ray out yet and does it come with a digital copy?

Re: Leonard Part 6!

As a kid, I thought that the spy/weapon gear was awesome, mainly that one long sequence of him driving out the Porsche tank and firing all those damn rockets and stuff. But that movie sucks so bad that I can't unsee it; like how all those things the gypsy gives him work out: the hot-dogs that exploded the dudes' heads or the hamburger patties that burn their skin or the sticks of butter that are used to fend off the lobsters. What the hell was Cosby smoking?

Whatever it was, I'm sure it was illegal in all the continental United States of America and most of Europe.

Haha. I can't figure out of this movie made by folks using too much cocaine, or too little. But it's definately imbalanced.

I would start with Howard the Duck as it is (and I can't believe I'm saying this) the most grounded of the three movies.

Re: Leonard Part 6!

I actually saw this in the theaters opening weekend. It was the first movie me and my brother got to go see alone. There was one other guy in the theater. We were only 11 and 12. I don't know what his excuse was.

Being alone in the dark with a pair of 11-to-12-year-old boys, of course.
