Troll dolls get their own movie
Troll dolls may not be much to look at, but neither is Shrek the Ogre, and DreamWorks Animation has made major bank off his swampy story.
The studio has struck a deal with Dam Things - the company behind the Good Luck Trolls - to bring the squat, frizzy-haired, kinda creepy toys to the big screen.
THR reports that DreamWorks has hired brother and sister duo Adam Wilson and Melanie Wilson LaBracio to write the screenplay, and Dannie Festa will executive produce.
