Popularity is relative, of course. Just because something is catchy doesn't mean it is a "household name." You shout out a name of a somewhat famous person in a bar full of drunk a$$holes, and most likely they'll say they never heard of him. I did that once with Ronald DeFeo. People remember the Amityville house, but not the Amityville killer's name. Ain't that a bitch?
