70's/80's comedy
It's always bugs me when I remember something about a movie, but not the title. I remember this VHS box cover in video stores. It looked like a comedy. I think it was 70's or 80's. I think cover was yellow. It looked cartoonish, but I don't think it was a cartoon. It showed an overweight guy in a hospital, running or about to run.

I wonder if anyone who remembers a lot of old VHS coverart, possibly remembers this one? Thanks.
