I just want to see this movie and judge it all on its own merit. That concept art is awesome.
Who knows how good it would have been, but I was stoked to see it as soon as I read the brief plot synopsis a while ago. I'm not sure why but to me the plot just sounded like gold and I would have bet a lot of money that I would have loved it. Bummer but oh well.

The plot didn't sound that good to me. Love, love, love Pixar and totally trust John Lasseter. If they canned it, it wasn't working.

I was very interested in this, but I do trust Pixar. Unfortunately I'm not looking foward to Cars 2 at all, as the first one is my least favorite of theirs, but I'm sure it will be good.

And now Monsters Inc 2 is planned? Getting a little sequel happy.

Pixar's next movie should be so good that it'll cause brain hemorrhaging.

I thought it sounded pretty good myself, except that the plot was basically done recently in Ice Age: the Meltdown with Manny & Ellie. The supposed last two woolly mammoths on earth hate each other and embark on an adventure only to find love in the end and procreate.

Except Ice Age sucked balls. I would like to see Pixar do their take on the idea.
