Casino Royale
always been a Bond fan but CR is probably my least favorite Bond film. Still gotta check out Qos as well though.

The Box was first to come to mind, considering how recently I saw it. However, the story really works best as a short, rather then a full length picture. WHAT A MESS!
The Lost World: Jurassic Park
A Sound of Thunder (Great plot, $20 budget. Seriously, why bother if you know your special effects will look horrible, and take people out of the experience?)
I also agree with The Departed. Probably one of my all time biggest let downs watching a movie.

Paranormal Activity.
First of all, it was supposed to be "scary", but the lead character's name was "Micha" or something like that and I just about lost it when the female lead would scream his name and it came out like "Niggah!". And when she said "Micha please!", the movie became a comedy.
Second of all, there were many bad edits that had no place in a movie that is supposed to be one of those shakey cam video blogs or whatever.
Third of all, the camera was so shakey, I almost threw up. And I play a ton of FPS video games.
Fourthly, the main character kept looking for more "proof" for the paranormal activity, and there was just an over abundance of proof.
Completely silly on many levels.

Great original premise? The whole plot of The Departed is taken from the Hong Kong film Infernal Affairs. And The Ring is a remake of the Japanese horror film Ringu

Identity starring John Cusack. I was really engaged thru out most of the movie, until I seen the stupid ending that is. Great story overall but bad execution. Stupid plot twist that was completely left field and really retarded.

an hour too early? There's only 20 minutes after the twist, it all wraps up pretty quick. IMO, the twist is what made it a solid flick, the rest was pretty generic though fun.

I'm not a great "twist guesser" (with the exception of THE VILLAGE) but I guessed IDENTITY's twist almost immediately. The movie overplayed its hand when
, which immediately clued me in on the fact that

The Lovely Bones is a decent, heartfelt story. the film was miserable.
Adoration was a great story i thought, but lacking in execution.
Bronson could've been an interesting biopic if not for overindulgence in struggle toward being overly bizarre.

I like Panic Room, and it's not nearly as bad as some people say, but it probably could've been one of the best thrillers in a long time, if the script were sharper. Throw out the cliche of the kid with some type of illness. Throw out the cliche with the bad guys killing each other. Do something interesting with the father character or don't use him at all. Make the bad guys much more interesting. Maybe have some interesting outside the house stuff happening.

The Panic Room was okay, but they should have gotten a better actor to play Jodie Foster's son.

I always thought that Robocop 3 had a great story, but was executed very badly.

Surrogates is the first one to come to mind, only because I just borrowed it from a friend. A complete waste of both the plot and Radha Mitchell.
