....But for $10 more on TOP of the already too-damn-expensive price? Hell, I'll just buy the DVD and watch it in my Man Cave.
That's pretty much sums it up for me these days. It dawned on me after seeing King Kong that we could have bought DVDs for the '33, '76 and '05 movies for what we paid at the theater.

just asking...
The endless driving around to find a spot? When you can arrive, valet and walk into the theater 5 minutes before the start time is what seems appealing to people.

Yeah, it probably depends on the theaters in your area though. Some of the big malls down here like the Spectrum can get pretty packed and valet makes sense some times.
