Hopefully Ryan Reynolds studied with Pai Mei.
So, does this entire movie (or at least the majority) take place inside the coffin?

"Michael Harrison, a successful real estate developer with a penchant for practical jokes, gets a horrible taste of his own medicine. As a prank after a stag party, four of his friends bury Michael alive in a coffin equipped with a breathing tube and a bottle of whiskey and leave him, ostensibly for a couple of hours. But when their van crashes head-on into a truck and three of them are killed (the fourth dies later "in hospital"), Michael is trapped."
And of of course there's the Kill Bill scene and (the ending) of the movie clckworang is referring to.

We're proud to exclusively debut this first official teaser poster for Rodrigo Cortés' Buried starring Ryan Reynolds and only Ryan Reynolds trapped inside of a coffin, buried alive, in the middle of the desert. After its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, Lionsgate bought Buried and is bringing it to theaters in October. This is their first official teaser poster for the movie and they've decided to take a very bold step in marketing by showing nothing but Reynolds buried alive and that's it. I actually think it's a gorgeous poster that's very striking. It's a good way to introduce audiences to the film (especially if they've never heard of it).

I like the teaser better. I guess with a movie like this, you can't really do much with a trailer. I think the teaser of him in the box should be played in theatres, and this one can be put on TV.

I can't say whether it's good or not, but it is a challenge. If you're looking to relax or kill a couple hours, try something else.

Re: Buried (2010, Rodrigo Cortés)
I was just reading that 4 "lucky" fans were buried underground to watch the movie. That can't be very comfortable. I found it funny though that they signed waivers, just in case they accidentally forgot where they put them. haha.

I can't even watch the commercial without feeling claustrophobic. Good to see it's getting good reviews, but I'll still wait for the DVD.

Didn't Quentin Tarantino direct an episode of CSI that had a similar premise? Either way this looks pretty good to me.
