I can already tell I'm going to get sick of seeing stuff for Avatar, even though I want to see the movie.

My wife and I saw 4 movies theatrically last week. We saw the trailer for Daybreakers 4 times. The movie looks terrible and my annoyance with the trailer did it no favors at all.

The Blind Side
...it just looks like every other black male football player moves in with white family triumph from nothing story.
and they kill the emotional hook when Sandra Bullock asks the rags to riches male character "We would like to know if you want to become a part of this family" or something like that and instead of the feel good moment of joy on male face, he says "I thought I already was" in this slow-witted way.

I was going to say Shutter Island. I can't stand listening to DiCaprio try to talk with an accent anymore. Soon they're going to have to send me to that goddamn island!

Good Lord... I haven't seen a single Shutter Island trailer anywhere.
A Christmas Carol... on the other hand... wow. These mocap movies always come across as stiff and creepy; the only one I've liked so far is "Monster House".
The one trailer that takes the cake for me is actually a tie: 2006's F&TF: Tokyo Drift and 1989's Young Einstein.

Well, if we're going to mention "most annoying of all-time" I'd have to go with Taxi. Oohhh, I get douche-chills just thinking about it.

Well, what do you know. Saw "Law Abiding Citizen" last night and what trailer did I see? "Shutter Island".

I keep meaning to come here and post that I see the trailer for Armored on almost everything lately. The kicker of it is that it looks like a good movie, but seeing the trailer so often has deflated almost any interest in it for me now.

2012 with every print of Potter this summer. 12 @!!@$$ times. After 2 months in theaters, you'd think that they'd get a different trailer.

I've seen Despicable Me like the last... 5 times I've gone to the theater. The trailer makes it look freakin' retarded, btw.
Another one is Brothers.

"Duplicity" with Clive Owen and Julia Roberts.
Since my wife works late during the week, we catch up on our Thursday night TV shows (Community, The Office, Parks and Rec, and 30 Rock) over the weekends via OnDemand. Instead of showing traditional commerrcials during the breaks, nine times out of ten they'll play the same trailer for this movie.

I'm a Potter fan but I don't think I could watch that particular one more than once.
When we went to see Toy Story / Toy Story 2 in 3D, we had to sit through what seemed to be 20 minutes of trailers. TWICE -- once before each movie. The SAME TRAILERS.
I want to personally strangle anyone who has anything to do with "Despicable Me".

You saw Potter 12 times in theaters? Or do you work in a theater?

My God, "The Crazies" is the latest commercial they are playing the absolute shit out of on TV. And it doesn't even open for another week and a half.

I thought that was one of the best trailers from last year, and the movie did it one better.
It's Complicated and Precious were the trailers that were grating me towards the end of the year (and the start of this one) as I went to catch all the awards bait.

The trailer for Grown Ups is going to make me go all Scanners if I see it one more time. Kevin James, you wouldn't have been near this shit if Chris Farley was still alive. Thank you.

Count me in for another vote on Grown Ups. As much as I can't wait to pay $10.25 to watch Adam Sandler and his usual pack of unfunny friends have fun on a 4th of July weekend, if I see the trailer one more time I will murder somebody.

Not current, but I swear I saw the trailer for that Tilda Swinton movie "The Deep End" about 40 times in the theater. And goddamn was that a stupid trailer.

I see at least three movies a week in the theater, and it seems every time I have so see that damn Twilight Ecplise trailer. I am sick to death of it. And last year, same thing went for the Avatar trailer.
