My first guess is Land of the Dead, but it could be Land of the Dead, or Land of the Dead. Definitely not Land of the Dead, as a few jerks here have mentioned.
Oh, but also possibly Land of the Dead. I forgot about that one.

If it's a British movie it could be Dead Set which takes place on the set of Big Brother so it's kind of enclosed biodomish environment. This was a mini series shown on British TV a few years back, it was better than any zombie movie in recent memory until Zombieland comes along. But it's probably just Land of the Dead.
