That's the barebones Canadian release from a while back. Canada got the DVD and BD, while the US got only the DVD

Solid action and gore. Everything up until the final act is so much fun.

The Kelly Hu/Robert Carlyle team up in this film really drags it down. Probably my least favorite thing about the film.
