It actually had full regular credits over the backwards scene shaking the Polaroid and firing the gun. This is one case where I think that gimmick would've been too much... for that matter, they could've shown the credits every 10 minutes or so.

I haven't seen it, but others have noted that the opening credits for The Last Movie (1971) don't start until about 30 minutes in.

just saw Snow Angels again and it had a pretty effective one 3 minutes in right after 2 gunshots are heard.
