It's fairly easy to do in Photoshop and I've done it to some of my own photos. These film versions are just too cool though!

I loved when the fisherman fell in the water, lol

It is an interesting use of tilt-shift lenses, but it is the exact opposite of what they are designed to do.

They were designed to make things look like bigatures instead of miniatures?
