I had no clue what the thread title meant & once I opened this thread had to IMDB the Proposal. I had no clue this movie even existed & it's #1.

18% drop for Hangover? Impressive.

Wow, that take really hurts for Terminator Salvation, that's a good bit under what T3 did I think. This summer definitely isn't going down in box office history, a lot of middling performers but few smash hits (obviously not everything's going to be a Dark Knight, but still....)

After the big-budget twin disappointments of WATCHMEN and TERMINATOR: SALVATION, WB must be thanking whatever Gods they worship for THE HANGOVER.

Plus Harry Potter to come.

I don't know where, I literally don't watch any TV except for sports & don't pay attention or stay in a room when commercials are on. I wait for shows to come to DVD/Blu.

UP is now on track to becoming Pixar's second highest domestic grosser (unadjusted). I don't think ANYBODY was predicting THAT to happen.

Hangover is projected to go to $240MM. Who would've thought that?

Amazing. I do think it is partly because there is no Dreamworks release to compete.

I think Up could hit $300 million and give Transformers/HP a run for biggest of the year.
