These matchups are easier than I thought they would be.
Airplane - easy
Stripes - easy, never liked blues brothers.
40 Year Old Virgin - didn't like American Pie.
Spaceballs - no contest
Python - now here's a tough one because I love both.
The Jerk - sort of a tossup.
Scrooged - like both but scrooged is hilarious.
Royal Tenenbaums - not a huge rushmore fan.
Airplane - easy

40 Year Old Virgin - didn't like American Pie.

Pee Wee's Big Adventure (when this came out on VHS I watch it intil I knew ever line in the film 25 times).
The Princess Bride (The Jerk is just not funny anymore at all)
Dr. Strangelove (The Greatest Comedy of All-Time)
Rushmore (Wes Anderson is a fucking genius)

I'm surprised Stripes is winning over Blues Brothers. Stripes funniest bits are probably funnier than TBB's funniest, but the movie falls apart in the third act. The Blues Brothers is solid beginning to end.

40 Year Old Virgin (neither do much for me - meh)
Dazed and Confused (Spaceballs was funny the first time or two, but all the jokes are lame, now)
PeeWee's (knew this wouldn't win, but it is such a great comedy - Holy Grail is still great and quotable, but PWBA is just a bit better)
The Jerk (tough)
Dr. Strangelove (easy)
