Re: What is your favorite movie?

Mine changes. I blame my youth for it. So far it's Inglourious Basterds. Watchmen before it. Year before that it was The Dark Knight. And before that....Grindhouse..and before that Seven Samurai. Again it's for favorite movie...out of those 5...Seven Samurai's the better film but...I enjoy the others more.

Re: What is your favorite movie?

I had posted True Romance originally. However, I think my favourite is Leon: The Professional.

Do you mainly stick to watching just current movies?

Re: What is your favorite movie?

Oh no. I just tend to like those others a lot. Inglourious and Grindhouse cuz it's Tarantino w/ RR on the latter. TDK cuz..well...I like Nolan and Batman...Watchmen...cuz I liked it and I like the GN...Seven Samurai..cuz it's badass and epic.

I watch a lot of foreign and older stuff, I like Nosferatu if you want old and foreign. On older works for ex. Godard, Truffaut, Kurosawa (love CC and their love him as well...to bad for Ran),Hitchcock, Huston, Lean. I'm a bit everywhere in taste I go from tons of HK action flicks, Predator, First Blood, Taxi Driver, to Raging Bull. Like I said..i'm a bit everywhere

. On my top 10 fav films.

IB
Watchmen
TDK
Grindhouse
Seven Samurai
Pan's Labyrinth
Once Upon a Time In The West
Pulp Fiction
Y Tu Mama Tambien
Oldboy

again they all vary differently on the levels of quality but we're talking about favorites here.

So much for development.
While I do not have a defined "top ten favorite movies" list that I keep current, I can only think of one instance in the past 3-4 years where a new film successfully cracked it.

The reason that it is recommended is because the French occupation of Algeria resembles the American occupation of Iraq.

Re: What is your favorite movie?

I have several, but if I were to choose just one, I'd have to say:

Lord Of The Rings had to have been a monumental task to film, I'm glad Peter Jackson succeeded in this task. LOTR has to be the grandest and most sweeping fantasy adventure film that I have ever seen. -kd5-

Mine is still Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House. Second is probably the LOTR trilogy.
