In the movie, Bullock plays a demanding female boss who forces her young assistant (Reynolds) to marry her in order to keep her Visa status in the US and avoid deportation to Canada.
"The Proposal" is directed by Anne Fletcher, who last helmed "Step Up" and "27 Dresses." The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 12th, 2009.

Looks pretty good to me. Obviously, it's not going to reinvent the genre, but the trailer was certainly funny enough and I like both Bullock and Reynolds very much.
And having a prehistoric actress play a saucy grandma is always good for some gags.
