Definitely agree with CAREER OPPORTUNITIES for Jennifer Connelly. That film is just a love letter to the incredible beauty of Connelly, with a John Hughes goofball comedy wrapped around it. When I first saw that film, I was instantly smitten with her (I wasn't really aware of her before that).
Toddly, that's a good call on Paulette Goddard. When I first saw MODERN TIMES, I definitely noticed how attractive she was, in a completely contemporary way. It's amazing how her look doesn't seem dated at all (let alone in a film that's over 70 years old!). I especially like that second pic of her putting on the rollerskates.

RE: Helen Hunt / 'Twister'
but the shower scene was completely gratuitous and utterly unnecessary.
Paz was great, but the shot of the mud encrusted boner was the most memorable part of the film

What about some noir examples? I'm thinking particularly of Barbara Stanwyck in Double Indemnity and Lana Turner in The Postman Always Rings Twice.
Certainly as femme fatales, their beauty is a major focus.
