DVD Talk Legend
I went for Bugsy although I have not seen every movie on the list. He had a passion for the project and it showed. Although not entirely historically accurate, it captured the essence of the man and the times.

In my praising of Parallax View, I forgot to mention the superb Antonioni-esque cinematography of ace DP Gordon Willis. It does much to illustrate and heighten Beatty's alienation and sense of helplessness.
