Well my vote would still have to go to Meg Ryan, yeah some of the plastic surgery didn't do her any favours but I guess she got some of that fixed as last time I saw her in a magazine she looked pretty good. Although I could be biased as she's always been a favourite of mine. I also agree with Diane Lane she's still really attractive as well

I wasn't trying to convince anyone, as it happens. As both actresses are quite prolific and this is a forum (presumably) populated by film enthusiasts, most will have seen several films with both actresses and either agree or not. The photos were offered only for those that could not immediately place a face with a name.
Personally, I have found personal tastes in what is and is not attractive to be pretty much unswayable. Trying to convince in matters such as these makes about as much sense as trying to have sex with an electric fence. Just my $0.02.
